15 Sep – Intel and Tiledmedia show live 8K VR streaming solution at IBC ’18
Intel and Tiledmedia are showing a live 8K VR workflow on the IBC this year. At booth number 5.B65, we combine Intel’s Scalable Video Technology for HEVC encoders (SVT-HEVC) with Tiledmedia’s ClearVR streaming SDK and live play-out solutions to create a full live streaming chain from encoding to consumption. The demo on the booth is a VR experience that teleports people to Times Square in New York, a place almost as busy as the Intel booth at IBC this year!
